• No-show: 100%

In cases of force majeure such as severe weather or road closures, we will reasonably determine whether rescheduling or refunds are possible.

Important

• Your booking is confirmed once full payment is completed.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it may be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
• Please make sure your name and booking reference/email are correct for faster processing.
