Course / Route

Due to traffic conditions, weather, road restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances on the day, the planned course and/or stops may be changed or cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking Area Access

Daikoku PA and other parking areas are not owned, operated, or controlled by Wangan Drive.

Access to any specific parking area cannot be guaranteed. Parking areas may be closed, restricted, full, or inaccessible without prior notice due to police instructions, traffic conditions, congestion, safety concerns, facility operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a planned location cannot be accessed, the route may be changed, the location may be skipped, or an alternative stop may be used.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept that visits to specific parking areas, including Daikoku PA, are not guaranteed.

Reserved Vehicle

If the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical trouble or other reasons, we will provide a replacement vehicle of an equivalent class.

If an equivalent replacement is not available, we may provide a different class vehicle and reasonably adjust any price difference.

Driving Eligibility

To drive during the tour, you must bring:

• Your original, valid driver’s licence issued in your country or region
• Your original, valid passport
• A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention OR an Official Japanese Translation, where applicable
• A valid credit card

License requirements vary depending on the country or region that issued your licence. Please confirm your driving eligibility before booking.
Digital copies, photographs, screenshots, photocopies, expired documents, and unofficial translations are not accepted.

 

Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 23 years old. Additional age requirements may apply depending on the vehicle.

If you do not meet the requirements, no refund will be provided.

Meeting Point

Please arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in.

The meeting point is located in the Shibuya area. The exact address and a Google Maps link will be included in the two automated emails sent after your booking is completed. Please check them in advance.

Access:
Approximately a 12-minute walk from Shibuya Station
Approximately a 5-minute walk from Harajuku Station

If the meeting location changes, we will notify you by email on the day before the tour.

If you have trouble finding the location, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the meeting time, your booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be provided.

Please arrive with sufficient time to spare.

Alcohol / Drugs

If we determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any similar substances, we will refuse participation.

No refund will be provided.

Safe Driving

This Service is not intended for racing or speed competitions. You must comply with all Japanese traffic laws.

If we reasonably determine that there is a serious safety concern, we may suspend or terminate the Service.

No refund will be provided.

Insurance / Deductible

The Company maintains automobile insurance as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Insurance coverage shall apply only within the scope of the applicable insurance policy and its terms and conditions.

If damage occurs that is not fully covered by insurance, the user shall be responsible for the following deductibles. The Company will reasonably determine whether the vehicle is drivable:

• If the vehicle remains drivable: JPY 150,000
• If the vehicle is not drivable: JPY 300,000

These deductibles are charged separately from the Non-Operation Charge.

• Insurance or compensation may not apply in cases involving a violation of these Terms and Conditions, gross negligence, operation by an unauthorized driver, or similar circumstances.
• In the event of an accident, the user must notify the police and cooperate with all investigations and procedures conducted by the Company and the insurance company.
• If insurance coverage is denied because the user has failed to comply with the obligation to cooperate, the user shall be responsible for the resulting damage.

 

NOC (Non-Operation Charge)

If the vehicle is damaged and requires repair, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will apply in addition to the repair cost.

• Minor damage to one area, including minor damage to the body or a wheel rim: JPY 150,000
• Minor damage to two areas: JPY 300,000
• Minor damage to three areas: JPY 450,000
• Serious damage, including damage to headlights, taillights, bumpers, fenders, body panels, or damage caused by a major collision: JPY 600,000
• Non-drivable accident, or where the vehicle is unsafe or unable to be driven: JPY 1,000,000

The classification of the damage will be determined by the Company based on a reasonable assessment.

Please note that the NOC is separate from repair costs and is not covered by insurance or any compensation program.

The NOC may apply regardless of whether the vehicle remains drivable, if the damage affects the vehicle’s availability for operation.

If an accident or damage occurs, the applicable NOC may be charged to the customer’s registered payment method.

 

Weather / Force Majeure

If the Service is cancelled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, severe weather, or governmental directives, we will reasonably determine whether rescheduling or refunds are possible.
