Up to 7 days before: Free
Up to 3 days before: 50%
Day before / Same day: 100%
No-show: 100%

In cases of force majeure such as severe weather or road closures, we will reasonably determine whether rescheduling or refunds are possible.

Important

Your booking is confirmed once full payment is completed.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, it may be treated as a cancellation with no refund.
Please make sure your name and booking reference/email are correct for faster processing.
