Q1. Is Wangan Drive a guided driving tour?
Wangan Drive is a guided driving tour experience.
All participants drive as part of a group led by a professional guide.
Vehicles are provided as part of the tour.
Q2. Is the route guided?

Q5. What payment methods are accepted?
A valid credit card is required. Cash payments are not accepted. Your reservation is confirmed once the full payment has been completed.
Q6. Is the price per vehicle? Are there additional charges for passengers?
The price is the rental fee per vehicle.
As long as the number of passengers does not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle, no additional fee will be charged regardless of the number of passengers.
Q7. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- Up to 7 days before: Free
- Up to 3 days before: 50%
- Day before or same day: 100%
- No-show: 100%
In cases of force majeure such as severe weather or road closures, the Company will reasonably determine whether rescheduling or refunds are possible.
Q8. Do I need an International Driving Permit?
Yes. A valid International Driving Permit based on the 1949 Geneva Convention and an original valid passport are required.
Please note that International Driving Permits issued under the 1968 Vienna Convention may not be valid for driving in Japan.
Q9. Which countries’ driving licenses are accepted?
International Driving Permits issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention are accepted.

The final decision regarding driving eligibility will be made by our company after verifying the original documents on the day of the experience.
Q10. Is there an age requirement to drive?
Drivers must be at least 23 years old.
Additional age requirements may apply depending on the vehicle.
If the requirements are not met, participation may be refused and refunds will not be provided.
