Course / Route

Due to traffic conditions, weather, road restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances on the day,
the planned course and/or stops may be changed or cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Reserved Vehicle

If the reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical trouble or other reasons, we will provide a replacement vehicle of an equivalent class.
If an equivalent replacement is not available, we may provide a different class vehicle and reasonably adjust any price difference.

Driving Eligibility

If you cannot present all of the following documents on the day, your participation will be refused and no refund will be provided.
Please make sure to confirm in advance.

• A valid International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention
• Original valid passport
• Valid credit card

Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 23 years old. Additional age requirements may apply depending on the vehicle.
If you do not meet the requirements, no refund will be provided.

Meeting Point

The meeting point will be in the Shibuya area. The exact location will be provided by email after your booking is confirmed.
Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
If you have trouble finding the location, please contact us via WhatsApp.

Late Arrival

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the meeting time, your booking will be treated as cancelled and no refund will be provided.
Please arrive with sufficient time to spare.

Alcohol / Drugs

If we determine that you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any similar substances, we will refuse participation.
No refund will be provided.

Safe Driving

This Service is not intended for racing or speed competitions. You must comply with all Japanese traffic laws.
If we reasonably determine that there is a serious safety concern, we may suspend or terminate the Service.
No refund will be provided.

Insurance / Deductible

In the event of an accident, the customer will be responsible for the following deductible amount:

• If the vehicle remains drivable: ¥150,000
• If the vehicle is not drivable: ¥300,000

Please note that this deductible is not covered by insurance.
Whether the vehicle is considered drivable or not will be determined by the Company based on a reasonable assessment.

Insurance coverage is provided only within the scope and conditions of the applicable insurance policy.
If any damage is not covered by insurance, or if coverage cannot be applied due to a breach of our terms,
gross negligence, unauthorized driving, or failure to follow the required procedures, the customer may be
responsible for the related costs.

In the event of an accident, please report the incident to the police immediately and cooperate with the
procedures required by the Company and the insurance provider.

NOC (Non-Operation Charge)

If the vehicle is damaged and requires repair, a Non-Operation Charge (NOC) will apply
in addition to the repair cost.

• Minor damage
  (for example, scratches on the body or wheels): ¥150,000
• Major damage
  (for example, damage to headlights, taillights, bumpers, major collision damage, or damage that makes the vehicle inoperable): ¥350,000

The classification of the damage will be determined by the Company based on a reasonable assessment.

Please note that the NOC is separate from repair costs and is not covered by insurance or any compensation program.
The NOC may apply regardless of whether the vehicle remains drivable, if the damage affects the vehicle’s availability for operation.

If an accident or damage occurs, the applicable NOC may be charged to the customer’s registered payment method.

Weather / Force Majeure

If the Service is cancelled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, severe weather, or governmental directives,
we will reasonably determine whether rescheduling or refunds are possible.
